What is your shipping policy?

we aim to process orders within 1 business day. orders placed before 2 PM MST on weekdays are processed the same day. standard shipping ensures delivery within three business days.

exclusions
orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. custom or pre-order items may have extended lead times, communicated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

eligibility for returns

  • clothing and shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tag and white return security tag to submit a return request.
  • returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • all items are subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • original shipping cost will not be refunded when returning items
  • all return costs are covered by the customer

non-returnable items

  • custom or tailored items.
  • intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments).
  • handbags, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.
  • clearance or final sale items.
